Fitness Instructor Mod adds the ability to purchase a new venue type named "Fitness Center", and earn money through mentoring Sim's on exercise machines.

Important Info About Mod Conflicts
This is an override mod and will conflict with any mod that's using treadmill, workout machine, and punching bag mentoring files.
The purchase, open, and close interactions will appear on all computers. They might autonomously select open while at home and spawn gymgoers. I will try to remove this from the interaction.
How This Works
Setup your Fitness Center the way you want. The three main exercise machines you'll need are the treadmill, workout machine, and a punching bag. You'll want to add bathrooms, showers, and an office. The Fitness Center will need a computer to open and close the lot.
Turn the venue type to Fitness Center which will allow it to show up when attempting to purchase the venue.
Fitness Instructor Trait
In CAS give your Sim the Fitness Instructor Trait to unlock helpful social interaction while you're training Sims. These interactions are all behind the "Fitness Instructor" menu and will boost friendship.
Purchase Fitness Center
On a basegame computer select the Fitness Center menu and then "Purchase Fitness Center". This will take you to the world map. Select the lot you setup and be sure to have enough funds for the purchase. You'll then be greeted with the retail UI to transfer funds. Transfer whatever amount you need however that's the only function you'll have from the retail UI besides the ability to sell the business.
Open And Closing The Fitness Center
From a computer you can open and close the venue. After a while Sims will automatically leave, if new Sims do not spawn you can reopen as many times as needed.
How To Earn Money
Your Fitness Instructor Sim will need to have a fitness skill of 1 and to have met the Sim they'll want to give instruction to. That means at least giving the Sim an introduction. Then the "Start Fitness Instructor Session" interaction will appear when you click on a Sim that's using a treadmill, workout machine, or punching bag. You'll help them for 30 sim minutes or more and earn $200 per session.
When you no longer want the business or things aren't working out you can sell the business through the retail UI. Return the lot type to what you want.
Last Note
The lot type will show greyed out "Generic" instead of Fitness Center.
I noticed after introducing my Sim to gymgoers for the first time they'd stop exercising. This prevented me from being able to Start Fitness Instructor Sessions. I had to close the venue and reopen to offer the service since the same Sims returned.
If you experience any issues please let me know. This is my first ownable lot and might be something I'm not aware of.
How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4

This mod requires all 3 files below plus zerbu's venue changes. I tried other venue changes and the custom venues did not show up.

Yes, it's an override and replaces it. I'll take a look at it though to make sure it's working properly. I may be able to update the interaction as well so it doesn't override it.

2022-12-30 02:43:57 +0000 UTCIt wouldn't conflict if another mod is using the venue list only if the venues themselves are conflicting somehow. As for active careers this isn't using any of those file either. But it's always possible to have a conflict if two mods are using the same files without different tuning id's. The best approach is to try and see. If it conflicts just let me know to see if something can be done.

Specifically, I'm most concerned about whether this mod can be used alongside KiaraSims4's active career mods, too (for their mods, the instructions to use their active careers are: to install 1) Zerbu's venue changes file,+ also install 2) *only* one "venue list" file; specifically for KiaraSims4's active careers, they require Basemental's venue list file (aka no other venue lists except for the Basemental one + Zerbu's venue changes package file. I'm mostly just not sure whether your new "Fitness Center Venue" package file is considered a whole separate "venue list" of its own--in which case, this mod probably *would* conflict with other mods that require usage of only one specific venue list alongside Zerbu's venue changes file (e.g., all the active career mods made by KiaraSims4)...I'm really not sure how this works at all, I know next to nothing about coding-- I'm just really grateful for awesome modders like you! so I guess I'm pretty much just asking if you know of any mod conflicts with this new Fitness mod, and/or just whether or not the Fitness Center Venue package is coded as its own separate "venue list" just like, e.g., Basemental's venue list file (in which case, this mod would likely be incompatible with some other active career mods that specifically require only one, specific other venue list file...).
