The Scene files require a new plugin for the lighting. (It allows multiple lights to work on a character simultaneously, as well as other useful features)
These Plugins are by Augh, who's made several other wonderful mods.

Place them in Koikatsu/Bepinex/plugins
if you have ShadowQualitySettings.dll, remove it aswell.
