色々試してみた結果、だいぶカクつきが抑えられてそうなので今後はFPSをある程度上げたものも併せて投稿していこうと思います。
120fpsまで上げると出力にめちゃくちゃ時間かかっちゃうので定期的に上げるものに関しては90fpsとかまでになるかも...
