Honestly when I commissioned this lovely cosplay from dere.costumes and reoodis.wig this was the dream that i had in mind. To shoot prince sakura when the sakura trees were blooming! It wasnt the best day but we got some lovely stuff! I really love how in some of the shoots with the white flowers there is a building behind that looks very castle like!! So on theme!
Every year im so grateful to know about this spot where a sakura tree has cracked and the trees branches now bloom close to the ground, perfect for getting the full backdrop of flowers.!
That can be the hard part with spring blossom or fall leaves shoots. If you want a full colorful background only certain trees that have happened to bend towards ground work. Otherwise the trees are generally too tall and the effect is inaccessible.
Its a pretty popular spot tho for photographers or picnickers so we always have to wait a bit sometimes but this time we woke up super early to get there before anyone else haha!
