A dream cosplay of mine realized!!!!
Ever since i was little i LOVEDDDDD magical girl show outfits, they were just so cute and perfect! The designs immaculate. I always wanted to be them.
As i grew into a cosplayer i never found much love for sewing. Opting to do many other methods and techniques. And i went further away from ever being able to make the magical girl outfits of my dreams.
Realistically, yes, practice of course is a thing and i could get to this point of mastery maybe someday. But sewing does not bring me joy but something else that DOES bring me joy is giving money to artists in my community!!!
This was a dream cosplay and i wanted it to be PERFECT and when i found dere.costumes i knew they were the one for the job, i mean just look at the fabric choices and the silhouette!!!!! Knocked it out of the park. I still can't believe i own this. Its a dream come true to my younger self. And i specifically commissioned it to wear at katsu con!! Mission accomplished!!!
Cant wait to make the big hat to fully complete the look!!
