Changes to the $10+ tier & PSD delivery

Patreon isn’t really a fan of raffles so we’ve been wanting to change our $10+ tier reward for a while and after reading your reward proposals we’ve found a good replacement - “Behind the Pages”, a behind the scenes commentary on our comic work where we share some thoughts on each page.

We will be starting this new $10+ tier reward in August so if you’re not interested in it you will have to edit your pledge during the first week of August. This means that there will still be one last raffle for July.

Now, moving onto the PSD rewards.

Since there are a lot of patrons in the $5+ tier whose pledges aren’t actually being processed (and still end up getting the reward sometimes), we’ve reached the conclusion that the most fair way for both supporters and ourselves is to send out the PSD files after Patreon’s charge has been completed each month. This way we can see which pledges went through and send out the rewards respectively. Up until now we’ve been sending them out one by one after each update, so this will give us a better and more orderly delivery structure as well.

This change will also start in August, so you will still be getting your PSD files, but in neat little monthly bundles instead.

Lastly, there have been cases where some pledges are declined but eventually go through much later on, meaning that some people could be getting charged AFTER the monthly rewards have already been sent out. If you ever notice that you haven’t received a reward for an update you pledged and got charged for, contact us and we will have it sent to you.
