The summer was not very active, however, the last illustration hit me so hard on my belief in myself that I decided to take a short break to recover and try something new.


This i tried to simulate oil paint strokes with a mixer brush  on photoshop. I'm not very happy with how it turned out, but I liked the technique itself.

I've found I still prefer mostly my own brushes, but I like using some of his to touch up my transitions here and there and it kind of gives the illusion of being more textural than it is o: Thanks for the link ;u;

I did not buy this lesson, but I also have his brushes. I even drew with them one illustration (not yet uploaded), but then I changed it back to my usual brush set, perhaps for nothing, his brushes are stunning. Mostly I use these brushes https://www.patreon.com/posts/warm-up-37402321
