All characters
Some hitboxes : Fixed a bug where hitboxes that mutate in 1F increments were missing due to unexpected behavior.
Gauge related : Fixed an issue where some processing was not functioning properly.
VS-NET : Fixed a few errors in English notation.

TG (when flying): Changed from special to same as other characters.

Qdora
214C : Reduced the number of bullets to 3. Weakened compensation and dodge stiffness.
214C(FS) : Stiffness reduced - Can no longer be derived from 214C bullets with 214C
