New Years
Added 2026-01-04 15:11:04 +0000 UTCHey guys, Happy New Year! I wish I could say we ended things on a high note, but December was a dead zone after ReGLOSS. Kanata's graduation hit me really hard. I started following Hololive right around Gen 4's debut, so Kanata's always been there and she's always been one of my favorite talents, behind only Okayu, tbh. So her graduating hurts; I think the only other graduation that came close was Coco, so I guess the Gen 4 girls hit me super hard.
As for Christmas... a lot of people have really good ideas for the holidays, but I am not one of them, so that didn't help. That being said, I'm not totally down on December overall; while there weren't many posts, the actual stuff I did do involved more complex compositions that were fun to put together. I felt like I had a lot of ideas last year and very few of them actually got done. So, now that we're in a new year with no events on the horizon, maybe some of them will get finished.
Anyways, as for our first post of the new year: Aki struck quite a pose in the New Year's stream she had with Mori, Raden, Ririka, Niko, and Riona. I wanted to take a crack at it myself; I tried to keep the spats look she had. Obviously, number 3 is pretty lewd, but I think her expression is particularly cute there. I hope you like it! I want to do something with Okayu for the new year, but I haven't quite figured out the best way to use the outfit I just trained.

Yeah it's tough... Kanata graduating is probably as close as I'll feel to an oshi graduating for now. Kanata has my favorite discography in Hololive; her songs are awesome. Watashi no Sei da hits so hard now knowing that it was composed when she already knew she would graduate. I wish we got to see where she would've gone next with her music. Thanks, it just sucks that the preceding month in November was also pretty sparse. You remember correctly, last January I was doing a lot of style testing which divided my energy and had me playing catch-up for the rest of year. Without that kind of distraction I'm hoping this January can be a rebound! Aki is so cutie for sure, I love the wine aunt vibes she has going on all the time ngl. I have a lot of plans for Okayu this month!

I really often listen to her songs they are so good, I'll keep listening to them but it won't be the same... I started watching Hololive few months before Gen 5's debut. I think it's understandable for December, that's completely okay if there weren't many posts, don't feel bad about it. I hope you'll be able to do everything you want this year ! If I recall correctly at the start od last year, you were mostly using your energy to try new styles. I love how tipsy Aki looks in your pics, and I agree that number 3 is super lewd and also it's my favorite, really cute expression ! I'm sure you'll find something for Okayu this month !
