Miko and Mococo
Added 2025-02-22 09:14:53 +0000 UTCHey guys, I wanted a post up today and I wanted it to be Mococo but none of my ideas for her fell through. So I included a couple images of Mococo as well as Miko since I mentioned I had her flower rhapsody lora done awhile back. The Mococo lora is solid although it doesn't get her sock/thighhigh correctly. Miko seems good for the most part although the smaller details aren't perfect. I could probably do a small set from Miko based on these two images tbt, they seem nice overall.
It's late so I'm gonna yap a bit about how things are going. I'm kind of trapped in a cycle where I start working on a set and I don't feel like it'll be ready in time so I start working on something else to post which pushes the set back... rinse and repeat. Bweh.
When I started posting sets with stable diffusion that was on stable diffusion 1.5. Now I'm on XL everything is of higher quality but also takes twice as long as 1.5 and I mean that literally, like it takes twice as long to generate images because they're of higher resolution. Furthermore on illustriousXL the outputs are more dynamic but they do not upscale as easily so it requires multiple iterations. Basically I am trying to maintain a workflow/standard where everything was twice as fast as it is now.
Don't worry, I still intend to fulfill all my current obligations to the level I've been doing them. But something has to give eventually.
I thought about upgrading my GPU, but paying a couple thousand to shave off ~30 seconds in generation time just for AI is a tough sell when I have other expenses.
A killer style that has a better hit-rate for quality outputs and upscales easier would be nice, but I fell behind on my agenda by attempting to develop new styles in the first place.
Reining in how much I am doing for sets right now is another option, but obviously isn't preferable since I like what I do.
Ultimately I'll just have to see how this month finishes and we'll go from there. Okayu's birthday live is in a couple hours so I'll see what I can prompt of her in the meantime.

Thanks for floating the idea at least. Still looking forward to all the vtuber content you'll be making! Really liked your 2Bae set, so I bet Stellarwawa will be excellent too.

The smaller sets are good to take my mind off of things but they also eat into time so it's a double edged sword. Well workflow is just shorthand for the process I use to create each image. There can be more than one but usually there is one that is more efficient than the others. The big problem right now is the multiple iterations needed to upscale. I did ask my friends for some suggestions and they did suggest an alternate route for upscaling that I will have to try, although it'll have to wait a bit since I already did most of the Choco set with my old method and it's a noticeable difference.

I was gonna do a poll of them, I can include some Nikke characters! I haven't played the game but I do like the character designs a lot. While not the same thing I was planning on doing a Kiara stellar blade cosplay set eventually.

I love her body on the 3rd pic (1st Mococo one), her belly, her hips, her shoulders all look really really great !! And she also has a really nice ass, I love that you gave her some pubic hairs ! Also Mococo's expressions are so adorable ! I can try to think about some ideas for Mococo if you want ! Yeah it feels like you're stuck in a cycle... I think forcing yourself to finish a set is not a good idea so having you doing other small sets to "relieve" the tension is a good thing imo. I wonder what we could do to help you with that... Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to help you with that... but right now you only have one workflow ? An idea that I just got is that : Could have multiple workflows ? Like one that makes a smaller rough draft of the poses etc, then another one that uses the result from previous workflow to upgrade it and upscale it, and then a "finishing touch" workflow to get the final picture. Would something like this be possible / be faster ? I don't have a lot of knowledge in that domain so I might be saying crazy stuff... I hope you don't burnout... surely we can find a solution ! Yeah buying a new GPU seems not worth the investment... Do you have AI friends that can help you figure out a way to help you ?
