HEY SMBL FAM! So, After airing my latest Let's Play Series  on youtube (GO SUBSCRIBE!!!), I received a few folks inboxin' me about releasing my sim character Achiliqua's house! So,  now that it's finally done- Here it is:

The Shady Street Apartments are rough on the outside- BUT, surprisingly cozy and inviting on the inside. Looks can be deceiving because although the building appears to be a apartment with multiple residences, it's actually one large four story functional house perfect for a modern family who enjoys it's charming, industrial edge. I literally used 1 peice of CC for this build!! I'm supper proud. So, Enjoy!
