Future plans for the Patreon page

now to the point, i will be making changes to the patreon tiers (specially the 3$ tier) because first, yes i have mismanaged them and second i want to change that
the changes themselves will be posted in a few days in advance but don't worry nothing really mayor will change in the 5$ tier!
