“Bad attitude” is what sums up this slimy character.
An official for the Urtu Empire, he has nothing but disdain for anything that isn’t Urtu. He believes in his cause to almost zealot-like levels. Slightly insane. Not the type you want to meet in a dark alley at night. Secretly harbours a desire to rule the galaxy with an iron fist.
