SO let me tell you some prego kenma spoilers that Ive thought about
kenma didn't want a kid at all he thinks wanting to get pregnant is a form of mental illness and has never been to the doctors[omega gyn] to even see if hes able to have a children, kenma is told by the doctor that his body cant hold a baby, in the end kenma ends up having a miscarriage but during the process he realized that he does want to have a child most importantly he wants to have a family for kuroo. So they try again...well ... more like kenma accidently gets pregnant again unplanned but they end up having a family
