Bear and Bearskin Rug

Hello! Today's asset was inspired by a patron request...

I liked the request for a bearskin rug because it'd be a nice addition to the hunting trophies from a previous patron release.

I knew that I'd previously made a bear, so the first place I looked was the original TF Animals pack... but that old bear sprite is a little too cute, and wouldn't fit with the modern more detailed style.

But then I remembered the owlbear. So today I have two assets for you-- the first one is a new bear sprite, which is based on the body from the owlbear but with a new head.

Now that the new bear sprite was completed, it was easier to put together the bearskin rug to match. I hope that you find these useful!

I know in my previous post I said that this post wouldn't show up until Tuesday, but I felt pretty good after the positive reception for the big tileset release-- so I channeled that into some productivity, and we're on our regular schedule after all! 🤠👍
