Hello! I'm back with something new today:

Thanks for waiting for this one. Even though it was really just a couple of days difference, I get a little anxious about shifting my schedules and deadlines. So I really appreciate the support and patience I've seen in the comments.

After grinding that game jam, I made myself take the weekend off. Other than releasing that asset dump, I did nothing but relax and play games for Saturday and Sunday (the indie game Tunic is really impressive 🧐)

But we're back into it now-- I'm happy to share with you this little tile add-on that I've been promising since the beaver sprites I put together a little over a week ago.

I hope this dam turned out okay... this was tricky-- I knew it would be. The primary reference that I used was the image in this article, and a couple other similar images that I found on google.

The challenge was putting the dam into tiles that would be useful with a tile-able texture. If I was to come up with a single specific beaver dam, for example, it'd probably look a lot better-- but it wouldn't be practical as a tile release like these.

Anyways -- that's enough second-guessing myself LOL.

You can see how the tiles work by looking at the preview image above. The central tiles for both the top plane and the "wall" are designed to tile endlessly in either direction. The rest of the tiles can be used to border around those and create bridges like the image above.

This also includes some tiles that use three frames of animated water. It's based on the default water from the original Time Fantasy series, so you can use the beaver dam in existing rivers without any problems.

Like all of my tileset add-ons, these tiles are arranged in a regular grid, so they can easily be added to any existing tileset.
