Mining Animation Base

Last week, I shared these mineral ores. Since then, there's been some interest in giving a mining animation for the player characters.
The miner NPCs have had this animation for a long time now, but I'd never made an actual base that could be used for other characters. I went ahead and put that together for today's release.

Fantastic as always :( but i cant use it for my current project as I'm using tall and custom sprites might be able to tweak it for a dwarf lol but man u know ur stuff keep up the fantastic work!
