Sometime last year I released these Lantern Posts. They had a wooden frame and weren't as well suited for larger cities. These new lamps should provide you with some more options for lighting.

Another popular patron request is battle backgrounds. I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on these.
It's unlikely that I'm going to make full battle-bg scenes. Each one would require a lot of detail, and take a tremendous amount of time-- and there's too much other stuff that I want to release for you guys!
However, I was thinking about putting together some battle backgrounds made out of the existing tilesets. I would be able to go beyond a simple tile-map, with some hand-pixeled arrangements and custom shading for a more stylized finished piece. It might be a good compromise.
Let me know if you have any thoughts on this.
ALSO ALSO: It looks like is the 100th graphic post on this patreon! That means I've made 100 releases of new graphics for you guys! Maybe about half of them have been patron requests. I'm very proud of this.

First, congratulations on your 100th graphic post on Patreon! I only became a patreon about a few months ago, but I already feel like I got my moneys worth big time! So, thank you for your content and keep on doing such awesome assets ;) And second, I understand that you can't just paint a bunch of highly detailed pixel-art backgrounds, so I would be happy with basicly anything. The Idea with the Tileset is neat so that would be an option, or you could do some very simple background art for battle screens. Something like in the Earthbound games or similar. (Just not animated of course) But as I said, I would be fine with almost anything :)
