Still no access to account

"I've added your ticket to the bug report with the team so they could continue to investigate.
I’m unable to provide an exact timeline for when this might be fixed, but I’ll be here to help if you notice any changes or have any other questions in the meantime."
Idk when patreon can help me... but Im lucky I still have access to my account on the app so i can update all of you if I didn't have this none of you would know

This is frustrating, but at least you're in queue in a way? Thanks for updating us, it'll get resolved when it does so don't feel you have to push anything on here for now since it's out of your control that desktop pat is being an egg. ;v;
