It is a story of two men living in a separate world. Chris Redfield, an operator, from the United States Air Force Academy, now belongs to Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), dedicated his life to bio-organic weapon research and how to destroy them. He is much of a fighter, very skilled with a gun and hand-to-hand combat. Leon Scott Kennedy is a federal agent, and one of the survivors of the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident, he was an outstanding police officer compare to his peers. The two first time meet introduced by Claire Redfield, Chris's sister. The two shook hands firmly, smiling. It was like a thunder strike for Chris, when he touch Leon's hand for the first time, it looked like he had a deeper connection to him in a way that he didn't understand. They shared a few words in a very short conversation but they already came to understand each other's hardships in their battles against bioterrorism.

Many years have passed since the day they first met, and it's actually kind of difficult for Chris to move on and forget about his one-sided love for Leon. He tries to focus on his job, and something interesting happens in the lab where he works at.
