If something feels enjoyable you can allow nothing to come to mind and if a hypnotic suggestion does not work for you for any reason whatsoever then nothing will come to mind because your subconscious mind will not let that happen. So you can let go and stop thinking and drift off into that wonderful state of being where nothing comes to mind.
