The rules are simple. You must go into trance before you can touch. You always have time for that right? Especially since you get all these fun, short, little Hypno Booster files to listen to. You don't have to stay in trance while you touch but it can't hurt you know?
These files have a bunch of fun suggestions in them. Number 7 encourages the listener to wear a thong. Number 8 encourages the listener to wear stockings, and Number 9 encourages the listener to play with their nipples.
