This is a quick hypnotic induction for experienced listeners. This file should not be your first attempt at hypnotic trance, as it requires the listener to have some experience and skill at being hypnotized.
This session involves performing physical movements and being posed like a teapot.
This hypnotic session is best done standing but it can be performed sitting if necessary. Only attempt this file standing if you are confident you can be safe. You will be expected to stand and sway your body while in trance.
The goal of the session is to take you in and out of trance via physical motion.
There are no lingering suggestions.
