This custom hypnosis recording is sleep hypnosis fantasy where the listener has been provided a sleep hypnosis recording by their "Sleep Therapist" to be used in between their sleep hypnosis therapy sessions. This recording guides the listener through a hypnotic fantasy where they are floating up into the sky onto a hammock in the clouds where they are gently rocked to sleep. This recording contains asmr elements and does not have a wake up command at the end. This recording also contains suggestions to enjoy hypnosis, and to associate relaxation and comfort with my voice.
