Enter a Flow State with Hypnosis

This action is a post hypnotic trigger to help the listener enter a flow state. A flow state is when your mind is hyper focused on a certain thing and it allows you to fully use all of your mental and physical resources. It could be described as getting into the zone, or a way of giving your brain a boost by removing distractions. This recording also gives the listener the option of replacing the hypnotic trigger given to enter a flow state in the recording with a different pattern or set of actions that better suits their personal needs. The default hypnotic trigger is very discrete and is suitable to do in public such as before a test, job interview, performance, or athletic event.
