2016-09-03 23:56:10 +0000 UTCI tried for over half an hour and I was unable to be hypnotized. Had tried when I was a kid, 15, by my brother and everything went absolutely perfectly black, no sound etc., I got startled/scared and came out of it immediately and I've never been able to be hypnotized since. Was hoping to maybe be able to be hypnotized now so that I might be able to get to sleep faster and sleep better. Even tried the other one, Be Hypnotized in Five Minutes. Didn't work!! So unless you have any suggestions, I guess I'm going to cancel my pledge as it has no value to me. It's a shame, as I lay in bed every night for over an hour attempting to go to sleep.
