POP SONG REVIEW: "God's Plan" by Drake

I think you nailed it with the "only love my mom and my bed" line. That combined with the monotone delivery always gave me the impression of "God's Plan: subtitle Drake has Functional Depression".

Todd apparently never watched MTV Cribs, rappers loved showing off their bed and mentioning that's where the magic happens.

'Only love my mom and my bed' makes me think he loves it because, being as successful as he is, he doesn't get to spend a lot of time in it. He's either touring, promoting, or working in the studio; so, mostly the 'spend a week in bed' line

I really like this song and I have no idea why! Well ok, part of it is the bed line, only Drake could make something that corny that singalong-able. But there's something kinda pure about it too. idk. I'm just glad to be at one with the cultural zeitgeist for once. I usually hate everything. Go me! (and LOL @ God's Not Dead)

honestly really like the mom line. But it just seem more real then him talking about money or girl a cars i would never have any idea about. but my mom and my bed i know . but the song only 6/10 to me
