I've briefly spoke about why she's getting a rework in the post, so I will continue here.
For me, parts of her art was pretty outdated if compared to the new characters (0.03), and since she's getting new content in 0.04, I thought it was the best time to rework her.
A lot of people, including me, liked the way her clothes are, so instead of redoing it, I've only improved the details.
Also went with a gold coating for the bikini to match with her hair and the gold lines on her suit.
Just like Mabel, I've tried to go with a more innocent/cute face to better fit her personality (that will be more noticeable on her events in 0.04).
This was originally the idea, but at the time that was the best I could do.

I could make something like that yes, just would have to be clear that she (or any other character that had a rework) wouldn't have the new expressions, and the scenes would be with the new design since it would be quite a lot of work to do two different versions.

2024-08-09 09:58:01 +0000 UTCI just got strange idea but, if you are going to rework all the character, making a setting to choose from old design and remake design for each character might be a good choice too.
