I can't quite put my finger on it but there is definitely somthing good happening here. ...somthing is opening back up inside of me. The issue is that you are only getting a partial download of the file correct? Right now it seems that Patreon outsources its file hosting to an Amazon service so there is not much I can do directly about it. Try downloading it again and if it does not work message me and I can send you the files via email. I am sorry for the inconvenience and hope you have a good day.
