I don't think people of other cultures give two shits about someone saying, "Merry Christmas", throwing idols up and making kids do it in school is a different story, but "Merry Christmas" is basically a cultural way of saying "Man, winter sucks, but enjoy this bit if you can". If someone wished me a 'Happy Kwanzaa" I'd be double happy that someone else wanted me to have a good time and that there was an excuse to do it.

2021-12-30 03:32:25 +0000 UTCok this is so funny tho because im a law school student and my first amendment law class went over ALL these types of christmas festivities cases i literally just did my exam on it like 2 weeks ago and had to memorize this stuff so l will point out one thing the movie missed is the historical doctrine which allows for religious iconography when its related to the religions ties to the history of the area. If theres a historical tradition in town of a nativity scene, then they could continue displaying one. Just one little legal note! Loved this vid !
