he said negative emotions r easier to control a huge amount of power, so i think mob having a happy life gives him limitless power. sounds like negative powers have a limit and is just a shortcut, which is usually the case in most stories. which his ???% seems to b an all understanding state capable of using all his power subconsciously, mayb a state where hes both negative and positive emotions but since its a defense mechanism its just raw power and its limited in some ways.

Some crazy genjustsu/simulation shit Mob is going through right now where he's reliving his life/memories but without his powers. @Allona, Mogami said negative emotions/rough livin created a stronger ESP and since Mob's had it "easy" in his opinion, he's doing this since he 'has tons of room for drastic growth."
