2021-05-22 11:23:02 +0000 UTCJudging by how the Japanese dialogue words it, it seems those "heroes of justice" attacking Orochi were simple civillian vigilantes. I also wonder about the old lady. When Orochi first meets her she says she was out of the country for a while. Is her ancestry and revenge really her only motive or did she have some ulterior motive to mold Orochi the way she did?
