Yeah. Sukuna mentioned in the cursed womb must die 2 ep. when Yuji couldn’t take over that ‘That’s what happened when you try to use me without a pact’. I just don’t think they realize one has already been made yet.

Suicidal thoughts begin to surface or violence towards others (school shootings) become more frequent. It’s really sad and more than that, it’s preventable if people spoke up and didn’t look the other way.

The second part of the pact was that Yuji would forget. Gojo probably has an idea that a pact has been made but no one knows for sure because they all assume Sukuna would want control all the time.
