2020-10-19 01:12:12 +0000 UTCThe Rayleigh scene was redrawn in the manga as well. In the manga it showed the armament haki hardening as well which wasn't in the original scene. Original scene doesn't show Rayleigh physically pulling off the collar. But the new one did show it. That's what makes this scene special over the original.

This will likely continue due to the story being so close (literally in the same arc) in the anime and manga. However, I do like the fact that they are trying to be more creative in how they pad episodes. Everything after the title card in this episode was reanimated and dubbed, despite it already being a scene we've already seen.
