I think you should see at least the first episode and that should be enough to know if you love it.

I must add, Beastars is available in Netflix Japan only, but I'm sure the internet must have other sites with a fansub or two. Only 6 episodes out so far.

true, i went by memory and i was way off, its 49 episodes, i actually only saw around 50 episodes of kenshin, oh and then theres trigun 1 of many great anime, a few anime got distracted from finishing for various reasons and then i usually cant get myself back into the series wanting watch my other anime or play my games, tho thats not for many, bleach is the only 1 i quit cuz of the mind control on orihime at about episode 350 as the full bring arc started lol

We can suggest what openings you can react to, of course the mods can double check. And after you've seen them, you can pick your favorite and react to the series. You should definitely watch Rainbow: Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin. It has amazing characters , outstanding heart moving story, the music just perfectly compliments the story and visuals to make you feel what the characters are feeling. Set in 1955, the anime follows the story of seven teenagers locked in a reformatory, waiting for a ray of light in a daily hell of suffering and humiliation.

..... i'm sorry, maybe you forgot to put it in, but i don't see Cowboy Bebop in that list. also Dororo, Baccano + Black Lagoon are pretty ok as some had recommended. If you at least understand a bit of Basketball, Kuroko no Basket isn't a bad recommendation; plenty of potential Boo / Bae / whatev, there's loads of sweaty bois to look at. if you don't mind some mind-effery, there's Paranoia Agent. I kinda want to recommend you the Ghost in the Shell anime series, and as smart as you are, people can get kinda lost with the plot. and while we're talking about thrillers, i've personally enjoyed Shiki and Another, despite some illogical character decisions. but if i'm gonna include recommendation of shows not a lot of people actually react to, then i have to say Cross Game. it's a Baseball-centric show, yeah, but if you got the gist of the rules, that's all you need to know. also, i am somewhat disappointed this woman watched Ano Hana and there's no reaction vid of that. Slam Dunk. If you like animes centered around sports I think you would love this one since It's a classic. In this case the sport is Basketball, but the real core of this series is the well written characters. It has a total of 100 episodes.

CODE GEASS is one of my all time favorites. BLACK LAGOON is also awesome. I feel you would LOVE Carole & Tuesday though. It's a short 24 ep anime starring two girls (A black girl and a white girl) trying to accomplish their dreams of becoming famous musicians. Show has accurate representations of people of color, of trans gendered people, and is very wholesome. Try looking up a trailer. (love the subbed)

Going through your Anime list... You've seen a lot of the big name stuff. You like Fairy Tale, Fate/Stay, Berserk, Death Note, Bleach, Naruto, HxH. You love One Piece, and you're watching Jojo's. And I assume you've seen Dragon Ball/Z, too? Plus I'm guessing the Studio Ghibli movies. And wow, even Gurren Lagan and Kill la Kill! At this point, based on what you've already seen, I think the only logical option is Gintama. It's a show that gets better the more anime you've seen, and you've seen a lot. The CGI is bearable and not even close to bad cgi like for example the Berserk 2016 Adaptation. It has so much lore to it, set in a different world, different rules and so much more.
