mingo was an evil kid from the start 1 of the only ppl in one piece born bad, made worse by mariejois and even worse by the world made, if the world was as kind as homing wanted it to b mayb mingo wouldve turned into a pretty good guy, tho i think he still wouldve been bad just not evil or anywhere close to how he is now, u could tell from how he had his famous temper even as they left mariejois, genetics determines most of our potential nurture determines most of the rest whats left is how we think and react if we defy predictions/expectations made by a combination of the other 2. i think in this series each major character was a descendant of some1 from the 800-1000 yrs ago where it determines most of who theyll become like blackbeard and cobra or roger :)
