This isn’t a spoiler but more of a theory I had in mind. I feel as though zoro can open his eye but he chooses not too due to the fact that he hasn’t found anyone that he feels he needs to go full power against. I feel as once he’s cornered against someone strong such as the first commander of a yonkou than he will unleash his full power. Just my theory though. I enjoy your reactions very much! (Rayleigh also has a scar on his eye same spot as zoro if I’m not mistaken. But Rayleigh can open his scarred eye as well)

Little fact: Franky has BF-37 written on his shoulders which stands for Battle Franky no 37, just like his battleships from the past. Franky basically consider himself his 37th weapon that he built. SUPPEEERR!
