Merchandise ideas?!

Something that is either free to download or can be printed out would be best as i don't want to really charge people for it. But will in future if i become a better artist.
Feel free to throw your ideas below. I have thought silly little Pokémon style cards of characters in different outfit themes and also sticker prints you can download and print off yourself, as all aus postage cost a lot to ship out sadly..
