Added 2020-08-04 16:12:30 +0000 UTCi changed the access to pools from tier 3 to tier 2 so now tier 2 will be able to vote the chars the want me to do stuffs too. With this, tier 2 patreons will get some pics of the winner character while tier 3 will get an animation
