If you have the skill Parry unlocked, it will be your best friend in these fights. It makes this game more manageable trust me.

I had to give up on the werewolf and im am so horribly stuck on the vampire lord, I reached his third phase but by then I ran out of everything having 45 potions and tons of buff items I could never gain ground on him
