That's not how it works, rape is forcing some to have sex with you without their consent or even knowledge and in this case Marco is in a hypnotic trance from Jackie's voice and if she has sex with him that's rape since it's without his consent. I know it's a thing some mythical creatures do but I don't know if that what zaico is going for but it's disturbing to say the least.
