Mid-July Progress Update!

Hey friends! WELP, there's 2 weeks left in July.. Which means in 2 weeks I'll be releasing the next version of Baby Maker!! I'm super excited and hope you are too! Sorry that it's been a slow month for posting anything, I'll put up more polls and stuff once the new version is out.

So as far as progress, I have been mostly crushing bugs and cleaning things up so they're ready to be played. The main things I've focused on are the potty training system, the mini RPG fighting adventure, playing hide and seek, and getting Billie into your party and doing stuff with her.

I've continued building some plot ideas and am hoping to string them together by the update, so that you'll get some impression of what's going on in the daycare. I have also put a bit more stuff around the map for you to interact with.

There's a lot of later-game stuff I have ideas for that I'm excited about too, so I have worked on some stuff that will occur much later in the story and won't be ready for the update. I've been toying with some bad-end situations and plot lines for some currently "closed door" areas on the map. You'll notice a few more exclamation marks and new areas around the daycare that contain a boatload of ideas that haven't had a chance to materialize yet. SO yeah, lots more ideas on the way, but I'm trying to take it one step at a time and mostly focus on playable content.

Here's a quick summary of things that should be ready for the update:

1. Enhanced potty training system (Kiera can go potty regardless of what outfit she's in, and can potty train between pull-ups and diapers)

2. More accidents (Kiera continues needing the potty after pooping and can leak in her pull-ups and diapers)

3. Can go in the baby swing (if accompanied by certain characters), play hide and seek, and do mini RPG adventures. I have plans to expand these events, such as allowing you to hide in hide and seek, and getting silly items from the RPG adventures, but they're pretty basic for now

4. You can recruit Billie into your party. Most of her skills won't be ready, but you'll be able to have some fun with her and get an impression of how she likes to play with Kiera and tease her

5. Various small events added around the map, some new NPCs and fixtures you can interact with

6. Expanded plot and dialogue with main characters

So yeah, that'll sum it up for now! I've got a lot to put together in the next 2 weeks, so I probably won't post much before August 1st, but after that we'll get some polls to figure out what you guys want me to focus on next! Thank you and talk to you soon :)
