Sure, people CAN be kind, generous, compassionate, but if you go around, always expecting the best of people; it’s like leading with your chin. I hope her and Thorfinn heal and just love each other, I really do, but damn do I feel like she’s in for a rude awakening about people before that happens. All-in-all, very good chapter, lots of compelling drama, interested how you might work pieces of Eden into this.
