Opening Patreon again + small changes!

This Patreon is open again! And I'm taking this opportunity to change a few things about the Patreon structure!
- Reduced price on Oula and Oulala tier (now 2$ and 5$ respectively instead of €).
- Reduced emphasis on the OC thing in tiers to reflect how slow I've been doing them lately.
- This will still be a thing I do sometime! But I don't feel comfortable still advertising it as a major perk when I've done so few of them lately.
- Specified that exclusive commission slots are part of membership perks.
Everything else is the same! In practice this this won't change much for you guys beyond being charged a bit less if you're an Oulala tier starting next month.
I'm very happy with how it's going so far :3 This has been a very chill way of exchanging with cool peeps who enjoy my work!!
