Versions 0.5.03 and 0.5.04 were mainly bugfixes and so weren't posted here. The patch notes for them are included at the bottom.

V0.5.06 (December 24, 2024)

New game features

- Followers can now have a low chance to gain "secret" tags when generated into a certain recruitment group. These are not visible to the player

-- The chance of gaining a secret tag (such as "traitor") varies according to location. The chance is generally low, but increases when recruiting dark elves or other followers with dubious backgrounds

- Added in a set of Brief buff potions that give the player or companion status effects that increase Adventuring skills

-- Followers cannot use these

-- Recipes and recipe books do not yet exist to learn how to brew these but will come in the future

New game content (quests/writing/art/etc):

- Reworked the wolf den in North Shore slightly to never expire and require additional gifts of rations beyond the first time

- Added Drifting Lifeboat that sails along the coast of Giusburg Outskirts that allows for occasional recruitment of dark elf pirates and some others with a possible nasty surprise

- Added random event for when the party has an arachnid morphling follower

- Added grasslands and forest random event with fawn ingredient merchant and transformation reverser

- Added grasslands and forest random event where a follower with the secret traitor tag steals from the party and leaves. This will be expanded upon in the future.

- Added buff potion specialist merchant in Whitetail Watch who sells both combat and adventuring-enhancing potions

Miscellaneous:

- The various dark elf forms now have the Outlaw form trait

- Updated the skill roll tooltip to better communicate the formula being used for the skill roll, which companion is being rolled against for Best of Party, the follower trait contribution, and more

- Added messaging to Glabbardot in Whitetail Watch to make it clear she sells transformation potions exclusively

Cheat/Debug controls (patreon-backer builds only):

- Added option in Party panel to assign a random follower a player-defined tag

Bugfixes:

- Bugfix for fixed warmup turns not displaying on combat abilities

- Bugfix for Sharpshooter Musket not giving +1 Marksmanship
