I'm putting together some scenes to be illustrated from Book One: Dissonance. Like full illustration, full color, all that awesome stuff!
I need to choose some scenes. What scenes from Book 1 would ya'll like to see?
Meeting the Dread for the first time?
Meeting Pit?
Fighting Giants?

2024-11-12 23:34:11 +0000 UTCI can’t think of anything from book 1 atm that hasn’t been suggested, but as a future reference I think it would be insanely cool to see a shot of Felix in book 2 shooting up (down?) that mountain in the Void on his little skiff right before his big clash with the pirates. That was honestly one of the most badass fights to read in the story even now.

2024-11-12 17:11:01 +0000 UTCI have to go with when he meets Pit, him and Magda fighting the giants at the entrance to the Maw's chambers and meeting the Maw. Also I'd have to say when he saves the team from the giants would be a great scene too.

When he finds the sword on the corpse under Elderthrone. When the Wisps attack and the shield holds them back. Him hiding in the tree to stay safe, and fighting low level mobs. Being attacked by the Dread.

2024-11-12 16:52:39 +0000 UTCMeeting Vymm, that's a storyline still not finished with the two other murals in the tower with bronze in them. One I really want to see is the maw patting Grimmy in the head. Also, a really good one, Magda throwing him into the maws prison as the door shuts, that was her final moment. You have to do that one. Maybe one of harn and felix training that was a funny one. Most pivotal moment though, falling onto the Anchor while he had the yellowed teeth coming out his back at the end when he sacrificed himself into the void seeing him on the anchor would be amazing. That scene with him talking to pit just before he falls always gets me. And ok, one final potential one, burying the Hinari matriarch. Without her finding the Heralds Hook felix would never have control over nym ruins like he does now so she is so important but minor.
