hey matt firstly great work for the beamer thing i have 4 questions Can you make a video with a 144hz display for gaming? , then i think many would spend money .. im to 1. how good is the brightness? its enough or to dark? 2. its possible to use a Nubia Red Magic 5G display for have a 144hz beamer for gaming? or which gaming display is possible? 3. gives pre cuttet,right sized aluminium plates as set to buy??

Hi Matt, I was seriously hoping that you could do a DIY Perks tutorial on how to set-up Halloween or Christmas decoration lights and sync them to music. I would be forever in your debt if you do an instructional/tutorial on how to do this because my wife has given me this challenge for my father-in-law's house, and they have very high expectations. Something like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GufRiBUZQPc but you wouldn't need to actually do it on a large scale, just enough to give across the foundation so your Patreons could take the lessons learned and apply it to a larger scale.

Hi Matt Big fan, love your work, I'm always excited when a new video drops. I think the video that got me was "Things you can make from old, dead laptops" because I have tons of them sitting around the garage. Likewise, I have somewhere a box of old obsolete or slightly damaged smartphones. You've done a few specific projects on building things from phones (projector, laptop etc) but I'd love to see a quick summary of things you can build from old phones. I realise that its much harder to harvest components from a smartphone but perhaps you could suggest projects that can be built from the whole unit? the internet is flush with lists of these, but they're almost always the same generic "digital photo frame" or "alarm clock" suggestions. would love to see a DIY perks twist on it. Maybe you could even give us some suggestions on how to re-use the batteries in old devices to power other projects?

I would love to see DIY bathtub immersion cooler. For all ice-bathing people out there that would be nice to put something in the bathtub that will make 100 litres of water 5 degrees Celsius in finite amount of time.

I love your videos and that's why I decided to contribute. I am disappointed though, the video that hooked me was your DIY studio lights, throughout the video you referenced your patreon page a couple times, so I decided to contribute and unless I'm missing something I don't see plans for the DIY studio lights anywhere. Would you be able to add those plans, and parts list. I looked through the YouTube video description and some of those parts aren't available anymore. Would you be able to upload that to your patreon as soon as possible. Thanks Matt

Hey Matt, This might be a huge one, but could be amazing! How about a smart-home like system? Speakers and microphones throughout the house, using voice commands to control music or other assistant features in specific rooms or the whole house (eg. Play music in bedroom, whole house or specific rooms) Maybe even controlling lights or diy motorized blinds/curtains. Or even startup routines, to open the blinds at sunrise, and prepare a cup of coffee? Love your work, and your wholesome happy energy!

Hey Matt. 3 suggestions: 1) Video's looking back and possibly doing upgrades/improvements to past projects. The concrete speaker, for example, had alot of comments about making the recharging integrated. Seeing tear-downs and rebuilds could be a nice new spin on the content. 2) Portable solar chargers with integrated batteries and inverters. Tons of videos out there on these but I think you would make a particularly good one that others could replicate. 3) Practical how-to guides on home-tech, like expanding your broadband or phone signal at home, would be good given the times we're all in now. To reiterate what others have said - keep up the good work! Your channel is one of the best about.
