Regarding Rimuru’s statement about being “halfway through it,” he was referring to being recognized by the human nations in general. Youm has become the king of Falmuth, and Tempest is already on friendly terms with Blumund and two demi-human nations. However, several human nations still have reservations about officially recognizing a nation of monsters. It’s a real challenge for Rimuru because he intends to achieve this recognition through diplomacy, not the Ainz way.
