Question for you
Added 2021-09-02 12:11:29 +0000 UTCWe've been together for a few years now, and the growth has been amazing. I am so grateful that everyone has been supporting me all this time and that you keep doing it. Over the years my patreon schedule has been pretty much the same: tier reward and comic page, unless it's a commissions week. What I ask is, do you think there's anything that needs to be improved? Maybe the schedule, communication, rules, commissions, comics... I'd love to hear your opinion and see if I can improve something :)

I have an idea. Would it be possible if we (the community) could send suggestions as to which character we would like to have painted and then vote on it together? Because I feel a little excluded when it comes to the question (where to be in the top three). I’ve been a supporter for a long time and I’ve never made it:' ( The vote would give everyone in the community a chance and it would feel fairer as we all get involved in the decisions.

2021-09-02 17:37:41 +0000 UTCYou do know that you can just copy paste, right?
2021-09-02 17:27:11 +0000 UTCI realize you have slots for new comers and the like and it's a first come first serve basis. What about fans who really like your art and just want a commission sketch? I'm not saying it takes a gamble to win, but I'm wondering what does? Perhaps more than just the word K on the commission slots. Because I could try to be more poetic. Not saying it's a love letter, just an admirer who knows a lot about theatrics.

2021-09-02 16:56:28 +0000 UTCFor the record I wasn't trying to say that a random picker was the best solution just something else. Maybe leave the post open for a while and give it to the ppl who have gone the longest without one.
2021-09-02 16:32:34 +0000 UTCI feel similar about this, I feel as though I'm never available when commissions are open. I don't think a random picker is a good solution, but maybe designate more newbie slots so to speak. Let's say you are taking three commissions, if even one slot was designated for non-regulars, unless there are no takers after a few days, than maybe that would feel like there's more of a chance.
2021-09-02 16:29:14 +0000 UTCThat's a good way to look at it in order to improve your efforts towards them and potentially offer them again. I wouldn't want you to halt something in progress for them though.

2021-09-02 16:12:19 +0000 UTCI really don't think there is much to improve, I am loving the comics and the upload pace is incredible. Just be sure you take time to care for yourself.

2021-09-02 14:39:31 +0000 UTCWell, one animation can take up to several days/ a week/a month to get finished, it's not a project I can take lightly and I seriously hate the idea to cancel my comics to focus solely on that. I need to make more personal project sto understand how much time a single frame can take and how to properly apply that for customers. Thus my wish to get done with at least a comic project before I takle in animations and future commissions.
2021-09-02 14:36:11 +0000 UTCYou understimate the time it can take to draw a single picture, sometimes it can easily be 2 full days. Commissions are always different and it's a wild guess, I start with few slots and open up more as the week goes by.
2021-09-02 14:31:56 +0000 UTCTrue, but if they aren't currently an option then people can't really consider them and have less a reason to put the money aside. Glad to know they'll be coming back though, at least on your end.

2021-09-02 14:20:58 +0000 UTCPerhaps more commission slots? You work five days a week, so five slots? Maybe more and overhaul yourself? Also, maybe change the way you do requests. Two weeks of the month you’re cranking out requests, then the other two weeks you’re doing comics.
2021-09-02 14:04:07 +0000 UTCThose are definitely coming back ^^ I planned to finish dq first though, then I want to make more animated projects. Animated commissions can be very expensive though.
2021-09-02 13:28:51 +0000 UTCPersonally I would love to see some animated bits included into your comics. Nothing big, just some small details occasionally to make them look more dynamic.
2021-09-02 13:09:53 +0000 UTCI'd love to see animations come back. Both personal ones from you and the ability to commission them in some manner beyond the face/diaper ones in the rewards

2021-09-02 13:00:08 +0000 UTCNot gonna lie, it’s really hard to come up with things to improve on. Aside from how commissions are selected, most improvements I can think of just seems like more work and/or possibly not permissible here.
