2025-03-27 00:16:14 +0000 UTCJust so you know the Main demon this episode Kuro/Black could have easily killed Shizu if he wanted too, its just he made the mistake of going for her face which had the mask on it, which at the time has some crazy... lets say "attributes" to avoid spoilers. But in terms of power he is leagues above Shuzu. One of the reasons this episode was made was because they didn't think they would get green lit for a second season, much less a movie and a 3rd season, that's why they crammed so much plot into these last few episodes, likely to get people to read the source material. I'd prefer if you went straight to the 2nd season for now, and at some point in the future come back for all the OVA's and slime diaries. And that's the end of the first season, I'm really excited to see if you notice the change in animation quality when you start S2, even the first two episodes make it evident that they have a bit more budget on their hands.
